A little about Giclée...
Giclée printing is the most popular fine art reproduction technique in the modern art world, commonly seen in museums, art galleries, and photographic galleries.
Using archival inks and acid-free paper we can produce smaller runs of your paintings or photographs than are possible with traditional lithography. This results in more cost-effective printing and allows the artist greater control over the final product.
At Vestate we use archival inks, which have a life-span of 150+ years and are resistant to scratching and fading.
*As added protection, canvas prints are finished with a final coat of semi-gloss varnish. If you prefer a more textured look, a gel medium can also be applied following the original brushstrokes.
