Vestate Moulding will only sell to licensed retail and wholesale businesses, and reserves the right to determine the qualification of a customer to purchase products. The customer must provide legitimacy by way of any appropriate business license. Possession of our catalogue or a visit to our website does not constitute the right to buy our materials or services.

To open an account with Vestate Moulding, please complete our credit application and include three trade references and your banking facility. Allow 2 to 4 weeks to process the account. No credit will be issued without proper authorization from the credit department. Credit terms for those established will be Net 30 days. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, Visa, or MasterCard. All NSF cheques are subject to a $25.00 service charge. Shipments will be put on hold for past due accounts until receipt of payment has been made. In the event of default of payment, the customer shall pay all costs of collection, including but not limited to, attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees. Since lumbers used in mouldings may vary, Vestate will not be held responsible for variations in profile or slight changes in colour.

• For customer pick-up, please allow 2 hours notice before pick-up.
• For same day delivery on lengths, orders must be placed before 10:00 a.m. Those received after 10:00 a.m. will be shipped out the following day.
• Chops and open orders must be placed by 1:00 p.m. for next day delivery.
• When placing length orders, please give the minimum acceptable footage and we will ship the closest available stick(s) without shipping less than your order.
• Customers will be notified of any back-orders which will be shipped upon immediate arrival unless otherwise notified by the customer.
• Rush orders may be subject to an additional charge of 10%.

All returns must be reported within 5 business days. No returns will be accepted without preauthorization from a Vestate Moulding Representative. A return number will be assigned to you. Returned length moulding is subject to a 15% restocking charge unless the return is defective merchandise. Any merchandise being returned that is not defective or due to an error must be returned freight pre-paid by the customer. We will not accept the following returns or credit:
• Length moulding that has been cut by the customer.
• Moulding that has been altered or defaced with writing, etc…
• Any moulding (length, chop, or open) that has not been re-wrapped before returning.
• Any chops that have been altered, joined, or assembled.
• Any moulding that was purchased as a special order or a close out.
Any lost shipments and damages must be handled through the courier. Do not accept damaged shipments from the courier until the shipper has made a notation on the freight bills as to the extent of loss or damage. Vestate Moulding is only responsible for deliveries handled by our own driver(s).
